About the role
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and/or laboratory offerings to undergraduate and/or graduate students.
- Develop course syllabi and select instructional materials.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Engage students in active learning and foster critical thinking skills.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students through office hours and mentoring.
Requirements
- Earned masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or a closely related field from an accredited university with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Earned doctorate/terminal degree in a closely related field from an accredited university (preferred).
- Previous online teaching experience at the collegiate level (preferred).
