About the role
- Supports the design, development, and implementation of immersive VR applications and simulations.
- Assists in the development of VR applications and experiences using Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Tests, troubleshoots, and optimizes VR applications for performance and user experience.
- Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes innovative ideas for VR projects.
- Collaborates with team members, faculty, and students to align technical development with creative goals.
- Assists with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VR equipment during projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visualization, Computer Graphics, Computer Science or closely related field.
- 1 year of experience with VR development platforms such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C# or C++.
- Master’s degree in Visualization, Computer Graphics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, VR integration, and interaction design.
- Prior experience working on immersive or interactive projects.
- Effective project management and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of VR development pipelines and optimization techniques.
