  • Together with your team, you will develop the site strategically and operationally with a focus on productivity, efficiency and sustainable leadership structures.
  • You ensure close alignment with the company’s strategy and make sure that processes, decisions and leadership behavior are in line with TEXAID’s values and objectives – including their daily implementation on site.

  • You support managers in their development and create an environment in which responsibility is taken and transparency is practiced.
  • You work closely with the CEO and other central functions and make a decisive contribution to the economic and cultural stabilization of the site.

  • You have demonstrable experience leading sites or large teams through restructurings or transformation processes – also under difficult conditions.
  • You combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution – you are hands-on while always keeping the big picture in mind.
  • You are strong in communication, able to handle conflict and lead with clarity, consistency and integrity – especially in challenging situations.
