About the role
- Design and implement LLM orchestration services.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI with our business systems.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build document processing flows for extracting structured data.
- Design classification models to categorize inbound emails.
- Collaborate with internal HubSpot and NetSuite developers.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience (with at least 2+ years in AI/ML engineering), building production-grade solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with software engineering best practices.
- Extensive Experience using JavaScript or TypeScript where needed for frontend automation or CRM extension.
- Knowledge of OCR tools such as PyMuPDF, Tesseract, and proficiency in REST API design.
- Strong foundation in data serialization and validation.
