About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage key customers accounts and provide support for all pricing related activities.
  • Ensure all pricing information is up to date.
  • Send offers for New Product Launch, product removal notice, Price Increase & Decrease communication, NDC Transition, RFP processing & submission & credit processing.
  • Cross functional communication and coordination with Accounts Receivable, Chargeback, Finance & Customer Analytics team.
  • Responsible for sending customer offers and processing the customer response in a timely manner.
  • Cross train on other accounts to provide back up support.
  • Use several systems to implement and communicate customer pricing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2+ year’s experience in generic pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Preferably in Business, Science or related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years in pricing, sales, marketing and/or finance in the generic pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Access, PriceRight, Flex, SAP
  • Understanding of generic pharmaceutical supplier and/or purchaser business model, business terms, payment/billing/accrual processes.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
