About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage key customers accounts and provide support for all pricing related activities.
Ensure all pricing information is up to date.
Send offers for New Product Launch, product removal notice, Price Increase & Decrease communication, NDC Transition, RFP processing & submission & credit processing.
Cross functional communication and coordination with Accounts Receivable, Chargeback, Finance & Customer Analytics team.
Responsible for sending customer offers and processing the customer response in a timely manner.
Cross train on other accounts to provide back up support.
Use several systems to implement and communicate customer pricing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2+ year’s experience in generic pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Bachelor’s degree required (Preferably in Business, Science or related field)
Minimum of 2 years in pricing, sales, marketing and/or finance in the generic pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Microsoft Access, PriceRight, Flex, SAP
Understanding of generic pharmaceutical supplier and/or purchaser business model, business terms, payment/billing/accrual processes.
SAP knowledge preferred.
