About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute learning plans aligned with the R&D organization's goals
Identify learning and training needs through consultations with R&D HR, managers and employees
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and sessions, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and impactful
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful learning content
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging practices, and benchmark data to support learning strategies and content development
Provide operational support for learning initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and assessing program effectiveness
Evaluate and monitor training outcomes and progress, using feedback and data to recommend improvements and adjustments to enhance effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
A master's degree is preferred
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development Roles within global organization- mandatory
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to assess challenges and continuously improve development processes and programs
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
