Define and execute the CRM & Marketing Technology strategy aligned with Commercial brand plans, field engagement strategies, and digital transformation goals.
Oversee Salesforce capabilities to support omnichannel and field enablement needs.
Lead strategy and delivery of the end-to-end MarTech stack.
Manage end to end delivery of CRM and digital marketing capabilities using Agile and product management methodologies.
Partner closely with Commercial Operations, Field Leadership, Brand Teams, Digital, Compliance, Legal, and Global IT.

Requirements

10+ years in CRM, MarTech, Digital, or Commercial IT roles, preferably within pharmaceutical or life sciences.
Bachelor’s Degree
Deep hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud), Veeva Vault PromoMats, and Informatica for integration and data management.
Strong understanding of Commercial processes—omnichannel engagement, digital campaigns, field enablement, content activation, data flows, and analytics.
Proven ability to build and deliver complex CRM/MarTech capabilities in matrixed environments.
Experience leading technical teams, agencies, and platform vendors.
