About the role

  • Managing Teva's operational Information Security team
  • Supporting cloud environments, production/OT systems, and legacy operating platforms
  • Providing operational leadership and strategic technology decision-making
  • Driving security innovation aligned with business needs
  • Protecting Teva's global assets against sophisticated cyber threats
  • Communicating security strategy, posture, and risk effectively to the C-suite and senior business leaders
  • Establishing KPI and metrics that reflect meaningful security outcomes

Requirements

  • 6+ years of director-level cybersecurity leadership across architecture, engineering and operations
  • Proven success in building, developing, and retaining elite security talent
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with CISO, CIO, and senior stakeholders
  • CISSP, CISA, or equivalent professional certification
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure security; working knowledge of AWS and multi-cloud environments
  • Proven DevSecOps and application security experience (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST, RASP)
  • Familiarity with OT, IIoT and IoT security within regulated manufacturing environments
  • Experience integrating AI and automation into security platforms and operational processes
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate long-term vision into practical execution
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities
  • Genuine interest in emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, and security automation
  • Results-oriented with strong focus on measurable outcomes
