About the role

  • Leverage the Veeva CRM product suite to provide operational support to the Veeva Channel Lead in the development and deployment of Veeva assets (e.g. Rep Triggered Emails, digital sales aids, etc).
  • Provide operational support to the MCM CRM team for CRM enhancements related to business processes, privacy & compliance requirements, campaign development, and operational reporting.
  • Support the loading of approved creative assets into Veeva Vaults and/or Digital Asset Management platform to deliver timely and cost-efficient digital content.
  • Engage internal and external partners to facilitate integrated technical and operational enhancements.
  • Engages service providers to communicate and monitor channel/ content standards for tactic design & execution (e.g., content templates, tagging standards, taxonomy).
  • With guidance from Channel Leads, take the lead in identifying and resolving operational issues, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years managing digital marketing communication programs
  • Minimum 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Works effectively in a multi-task environment
  • Sets and/or meets deadlines and sets appropriate priorities
  • Displays strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Presents clear, concise, well organized written and oral communications
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and utilization of data in a CRM environment
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Project management software a plus (e.g. Workfront, MS Project, etc)
  • Ability to document business processes and procedures
  • Willing to reach out to others to gain insight into their work to resolve operational issues.
  • Works with the team to shape options for tackling issues and takes leadership in implementing new ideas/ways of working and reviewing progress.
  • Connecting with others to ensure that plans are aligned and to unlock any conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrates solution-oriented approach and proficient problem-solving skills
