About the role
- Conduct on-demand and/or pro-active analyses related to sales performance and promotional efforts in support of sales presentations, sales effectiveness, incentive compensation performance, and launch performance tracking.
- Research and respond to field data inquiries.
- Partner with Incentive Compensation team, Sales Leadership, and Executive Leadership to strategically align field execution & reporting with field incentive and sales contest plans.
- Partner with Sales Reporting COE partner and sales leadership to develop reporting requirements, communications and training standards; partner with Field Services and Field Technology COE partners to define, implement and communicate key initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration/Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Finance or similar
- Minimum 2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Sales Administration, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or similar experience in a Corporate or Line of Business function
- Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience performing analyses using Python & SQL
- Other coding languages such as SAS, R, VBA are a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity in all processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and achieve team goals.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales practices and industry regulations is a plus.
- Great organizational skills and flexibility to perform under multiple deadlines.
- Client focused, proactive and results oriented with ability to support clients across multiple locations.
- Prior experience supporting medical benefit brands or partnering with biosimilar account teams is a plus.
