About the role
- Act as a consultant to line management, providing expert advice and aligning people strategies with business objectives
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform management decisions and drive meaningful change
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, manage grievances, and support a healthy, productive work environment
- Foster strong work relationships, boost morale, and design initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention
- Provide policy guidance, ensuring adherence to HR best practices and relevant labor legislation
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning, supporting organizational growth and readiness
- Identify skill gaps, recommend training opportunities, and coordinate impactful learning experiences for teams and individuals
- Oversee the employee journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring each stage is positive and supportive
- Plan and execute integration activities and events to strengthen team cohesion and motivation
- Lead learning & development opportunities and key people projects across LATAM (Engagement, Talent Reviews & Succession, Career Development, Leadership Development)
- Partner with leadership to guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with workforce planning and future capability needs
- Champion DEI initiatives, promote inclusive practices, and support a culture of belonging across all levels of the organization
- Leverage HR systems and digital tools to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance employee self-service capabilities
- Provide coaching to managers and leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive team performance
- Continuously research, evaluate, and integrate global HR trends and best practices from leading organizations to enhance local strategies, ensure competitiveness, and foster innovation across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Proven experience and success record as an HR Business Partner in dynamic, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical skills and a bias for action and project management
- Deep understanding of labor legislation (México) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors/SAP and digital HR tools
- Professional working proficiency in English (B1–B2)
