About the role
- Reception and switchboard coverage during opening hours
- Complete order processing and documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines and procedures, and comprehensive customer support in German/French/Italian
- Creation of invoices, returns and credit notes
- Handling and/or forwarding customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining and updating master data in SAP ERP: sales views, conditions, customer master data (including customer purchase authorizations and approvals)
- Ensuring purchase authorizations for controlled substance orders in accordance with applicable regulations
- Managing wholesaler relations (initial order suggestions, information, recording conditions)
- Supporting coordination of product launches and/or portfolio adjustments in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Sample and promotional material management (including monitoring sample quotas)
- Compliance with and application of communication guidelines, policies and procedures
Requirements
- Qualification as a pharmacy assistant or basic commercial education
- Experience in customer service and project work
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- High customer focus, resilience and flexibility
- Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident use of digital tools: Microsoft 365 (especially Excel), SAP ERP; CRM experience is an advantage
- Precise and committed working style with a strong commitment to quality
- Independent, persuasive personality with decisiveness and assertiveness
- Excellent language skills: German (native), French; English and Italian are a plus
