About the role
- Independently execute procurement processes in SAP in coordination with the relevant departments
- Manage and review the order workflow in SAP
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers in planning and logistics
- Support the creation of the production schedule for all API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) manufacturing
- Develop plans for timely and demand-driven material supply for production campaigns
- Align these plans with internal departments and management
- Assist with shipping of our active ingredients and with temperature data analysis
- Create and modify master data, process orders and bills of materials (BOMs) in SAP
- Proactively work to ensure an efficient and sufficient flow of information to all involved departments
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting and key performance indicators
- Support the development of internal departmental procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field, qualification as an industrial business administrator (Industriefachwirt) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in procurement processes
- Experience or knowledge in using SAP software
- Independent, efficient and goal-oriented working style
- Team player with commitment and reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
