About the role
- Support the marketing team with administrative legal/compliance and finance tasks
- Drafting contracts (sponsorship agreements, individual and master service agreements, congress participation, advisory boards, consultant agreements, etc.) in compliance with all legal and compliance guidelines
- Coordinating all administrative activities (approvals, dispatch, performance fulfilment, etc.)
- Handling and coordinating various administrative and financial tasks (contracts, compliance approvals/engagements, invoices, provisions, etc.)
- Assisting with billing and provisioning for education/training support
- Ensuring compliance with all Mepha/Teva internal policies and processes
- Ensuring proof of service and PKK reporting
- Close collaboration with the training team in Basel
Requirements
- Aptitude for administration, contract management and finance
- Independent, structured and highly organized working style
- Proactive and service-oriented
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills; French is an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical cooperation code (Pharmakooperations-Kodex) is an advantage
