About the role

  • Support the marketing team with administrative legal/compliance and finance tasks
  • Drafting contracts (sponsorship agreements, individual and master service agreements, congress participation, advisory boards, consultant agreements, etc.) in compliance with all legal and compliance guidelines
  • Coordinating all administrative activities (approvals, dispatch, performance fulfilment, etc.)
  • Handling and coordinating various administrative and financial tasks (contracts, compliance approvals/engagements, invoices, provisions, etc.)
  • Assisting with billing and provisioning for education/training support
  • Ensuring compliance with all Mepha/Teva internal policies and processes
  • Ensuring proof of service and PKK reporting
  • Close collaboration with the training team in Basel

Requirements

  • Aptitude for administration, contract management and finance
  • Independent, structured and highly organized working style
  • Proactive and service-oriented
  • Quick learner
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills; French is an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical cooperation code (Pharmakooperations-Kodex) is an advantage
