About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own recurring reporting and communications to capital partners, translating Teton data into clear insights on portfolio performance
Become an expert user and internal advocate for Teton's Portfolio Intelligence product
Work with product and engineering to help shape the Portfolio Intelligence product
Build and run account tracking, relationship cadence, and internal reporting for the capital-partner team
Support day-to-day capital-partner relationships and assume ownership of a set of relationships while ramping
Use data to identify and build the case for expanding Teton across capital partners' portfolios
Develop knowledge of the senior-housing and capital-markets landscape, including NOI, occupancy, and asset value
Work directly with leadership and the Capital Partners team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Roughly 2 to 6 years in a rigorous, analytical environment such as investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, corporate development, or similar
Strong analytical rigor and comfort with data and financial models
Ability to reduce messy problems to clear, defensible reasoning
Polished written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and deliver narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders
Confidence and credibility with senior, investment-type audiences
High agency and initiative; willingness to take ownership
Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
Strong organization and reliability; ability to manage many threads without dropping any
Nice to have: exposure to senior housing, healthcare, or real estate
