About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full recruiting journey from sourcing and building genuine relationships with candidates to delivering standout interview experiences and guiding them through the offer stage.
- Stay plugged into market and industry trends to spot top talent from business development, growth, and marketing to customer success and account management.
- Partner closely with leadership across teams to ensure every hire aligns with team goals and company vision.
- Champion Teton’s culture at every touchpoint, whether you’re connecting with candidates, hosting networking events, or representing us at conferences and career fairs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-5 years of recruiting experience, hiring the best people.
- High Volume Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to own the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- An owner-operator approach, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly at all levels.
- Bonus Points: Experience recruiting for companies with large ACV in complex deals.
