Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment; Own the revenue stack (HubSpot, enablement, enrichment/AI tools), automation, integrations, and data hygiene; Build driver-based forecasts, apply multi-touch attribution, monitor pipeline health, and deliver board-level insights; Optimize territory structures, model capacity and headcount plans, refine quotas, and design incentive plans; Design and enforce scalable processes for pricing governance, exception handling, and contracting workflows; Establish shared definitions, SLAs, and handoffs across Marketing → Sales → CS; Build the RevOps function, standardize playbooks, and lead continuous improvement across GTM.
Requirements
5+ years in GTM/Revenue Operations; Degree in an analytics-heavy discipline (STEM, economics, computer science); admin-level HubSpot expertise; track record of improving forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene; experience designing territories/capacity models, quota setting, and comp plans; proven ability to drive adoption by codifying processes, shipping concise playbooks, training teams, and iterating based on data-observed friction; pragmatic use of AI-enabled workflow tools.
