About the role

  • Role Overview: We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (Outbound Development) to help drive our U.S. growth. This position is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, with an emphasis on opening doors and building relationships at the executive and C-suite level in the senior living industry. Candidates will need to bring both persistence and sophistication to their outreach — balancing high activity with thoughtful engagement of senior decision-makers. This role offers direct exposure to enterprise sales cycles and close collaboration with leadership, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in strategic business development. What You’ll Do Master Teton’s platform, our commercial approach, and the senior living industry landscape. Drive a high-volume outbound prospecting model (LinkedIn, email, and phone), using strategic, AI-driven methods to reach and engage senior executives and C-suites in senior living. Build and manage early-stage relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders, preparing the ground for the Business Development Director. Prepare outreach plans, activity schedules, and tailored messaging to meet pipeline targets. Support conferences and industry events by helping to set meetings and manage executive-level follow-up. Track activity, pipeline progress, and outreach performance in the CRM with attention to detail. Stay current on competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to sharpen prospecting strategy. Contribute to team projects and GTM initiatives as assigned. Always tie your work to Teton’s mission of empowering caregivers and improving the quality of life for residents in senior living.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or a related outbound role, with a strong track record of achieving growth targets.
  • Proven ability to engage and hold conversations with senior executives and C-suites in the senior living industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting while also contributing strategically to pipeline generation.
  • Passionate about building a career in sales while making a meaningful impact in healthcare — helping caregivers work more efficiently and improving quality of life for residents in senior living communities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Preferred: Based in Louisville, KY to work closely with the U.S. Business Development Director.
