About the role

  • Lead the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close
  • Design and drive the end-to-end due diligence process
  • Author and own Investment Committee memoranda
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies post-close
  • Drive the build-out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund’s Investment operating infrastructure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • 5-10 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development
  • Experience in end-to-end investment transactions
  • Advanced financial modelling; strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of cap table management tools (e.g. Carta), CRM/deal flow platforms (e.g. Affinity, Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
