About the role

  • Lead the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close.
  • Design and drive the end-to-end due diligence process across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory dimensions.
  • Author and own Investment Committee memoranda, present investment recommendations directly to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies post-close,
  • Drive the build-out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund’s Investment operating infrastructure.
  • Mentor junior team members and support talent development within the investment team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of directly relevant experience across venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • Must be fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
Benefits
  • Professional Certification: CFA charterholder or CAIA designation required (or demonstrable progression toward completion).
  • Advanced financial modelling; strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of cap table management tools (e.g. Carta), CRM/deal flow platforms (e.g. Affinity, Salesforce), and data room management.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
  • Strong understanding of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics.
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector including regulatory frameworks, fintech ecosystems, and institutional investment constraints.
