About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-volume positions.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further stages.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Perform in accordance with internal recruitment processes and procedures to deliver high-quality work.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract qualified candidates, taking ownership for building a pipeline of candidates.
- Support with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of previous recruitment experience.
- A genuine interest in gaming and the gaming industry is essential.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactivity and passion for working with people.
