About the role

  • Provide customer support to Tessitura Members, partners, and staff
  • Triage incoming help tickets, escalated support calls, and live chats
  • Utilize various channels to fulfill service requests and resolve issues
  • Identify complex issues for escalation
  • Facilitate training and participate in member-facing meetings when needed
  • Actively contribute to technical knowledge base and documentation
  • Perform updates to databases in the hosted environment as needed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation during holidays

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge and experience with the Tessitura software and products
  • Strong customer service skills with an empathetic manner
  • Excellent discernment and communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work well independently and in groups
  • Proficient analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to individuals with varying ranges of technical understanding
  • Must be able to manage daily support responsibilities alongside customer-driven deadlines
  • Proficiency in diffusing critical situations through calm communication
