About the role
- Provide customer support to Tessitura Members, partners, and staff
- Triage incoming help tickets, escalated support calls, and live chats
- Utilize various channels to fulfill service requests and resolve issues
- Identify complex issues for escalation
- Facilitate training and participate in member-facing meetings when needed
- Actively contribute to technical knowledge base and documentation
- Perform updates to databases in the hosted environment as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation during holidays
Requirements
- Solid knowledge and experience with the Tessitura software and products
- Strong customer service skills with an empathetic manner
- Excellent discernment and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work well independently and in groups
- Proficient analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts to individuals with varying ranges of technical understanding
- Must be able to manage daily support responsibilities alongside customer-driven deadlines
- Proficiency in diffusing critical situations through calm communication
