About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support product discovery efforts through customer research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
  • Partner with engineers and designers to define product requirements and user experiences.
  • Help translate customer needs into product specifications and user stories.
  • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional product discussions.
  • Assist with feature launches, documentation, and go-to-market planning.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential application to enterprise workflows.
  • Take ownership of a project or product area and present recommendations to company leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about AI, enterprise software, and technology products.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems and think systematically.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Prior internship experience in product management, consulting, software engineering, design, or a related field (nice to have).
  • Experience conducting user research or analyzing data (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or enterprise software (nice to have).
  • Technical background or ability to communicate effectively with engineers (nice to have).
