About the role
- Acquire new B2B clients within your geographic area (3–4 departments): prospecting and targeting pharmacies
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
- Act as Tessan's ambassador in your territory
- Provide qualitative reporting on your activity (KPIs, targets, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven first experience as a field sales representative
- Exceptional hunter mentality, strong negotiator and results-oriented
- Highly dynamic and persistent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Startup-minded with an interest in tech products
- Autonomous and comfortable with 100% remote work
- Valid driving license required
