About the role

  • Acquire new B2B clients within your geographic area (3–4 departments): prospecting and targeting pharmacies
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
  • Act as Tessan's ambassador in your territory
  • Provide qualitative reporting on your activity (KPIs, targets, etc.)

Requirements

  • Proven first experience as a field sales representative
  • Exceptional hunter mentality, strong negotiator and results-oriented
  • Highly dynamic and persistent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Startup-minded with an interest in tech products
  • Autonomous and comfortable with 100% remote work
  • Valid driving license required
