• Build and scale core systems powering Tesorio’s platform. You’ll own problems end-to-end, ship quickly in a low-structure environment, and work across backend, APIs, and frontend.
• Ship **end-to-end features** across backend, APIs, and frontend
• Design and evolve **scalable backend systems** for complex financial workflows
• Turn ambiguous problems into **clear, practical solutions**
• Work closely with Product and Design to deliver **customer impact**
• Make sound tradeoffs between **speed, quality, and long-term scalability**
