About the role

Collaborate with experienced engineers to analyze performance data and identify root causes
Develop solutions that improve the durability and efficiency of products and processes
Write, execute, and report on validation activities
Design and perform routine testing, project experiments and analysis of data
Initiate new or revisions of protocols/operating instructions specific to the project
Develop manufacturing process flowcharts

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered
No prior experience required
Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to technical problems
Planning skills to prioritize and execute multiple projects
Problem solving orientation to diagnose root causes and recommend solutions
Demonstrated desire to continually learn and keep up with changing technology
Knowledge of manufacturing protocols, statistical tools, methodology, and continuous improvement techniques preferred
Ability to coordinate design transfer of product specific to the project.
