Ensure smooth operation of Terumo BCT’s data network for maximum performance
Design, install, maintain, and support LAN, WAN, Cloud, and VoIP infrastructures globally
Provide high-level technical support for voice and data network systems
Maintain network documentation and hardware/software standards
Provide recommendations on strategic direction for network and telecommunications
Responsible for problem identification, isolation, and resolution for network equipment
Direct teams in the implementation and maintenance of network equipment
Monitor network and telecom infrastructure and report on performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years experience
Minimum 7 years in-depth experience with Cisco/Meraki routers and switches, wireless, SD WAN, firewalls, and load balancers
Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a strong team
In-depth knowledge of local, wide area, and cloud network concepts
In-depth knowledge of firewalls, ZTNA, SASE concepts, SD-WAN, VPN solutions
In-depth knowledge of routing/switching protocols, Voice Over IP, and QoS
Ability to monitor and interpret network performance data
Ability to work in an Agile based environment
Ability to follow ITIL based processes including incident, request, release, change, and problem
