About the role

  • Oversee Testing & Validation and OCM workstreams for SAP S/4HANA program
  • Ensure rigorous end-to-end testing (unit, integration, UAT) of the S/4HANA solution
  • Develop and manage the overall testing strategy
  • Implement defect tracking and resolution process
  • Partner with SI to create and execute comprehensive OCM plan
  • Conduct readiness assessments to gauge user comfort and preparedness
  • Ensure cutover plan includes tasks for data/system cutover and business/people readiness
  • Coordinate structured hypercare period post go-live

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale IT projects
  • Experience with planning and executing test cycles in a complex, integrated environment
  • Experience with testing tools (e.g. HP ALM/QC) and methodologies for defect management
  • Knowledge of formal validation protocols (e.g. GxP, IQ/OQ/PQ) in a regulated industry
  • Hands-on experience driving OCM activities including developing training plans, managing communications, and conducting stakeholder engagement for enterprise system rollouts
  • Familiarity with OCM frameworks and tools (ADKAR, change impact analysis techniques, etc.) is a plus.
