About the role

  • Own the Reporting & Analytics workstreams within the broader SAP S/4HANA program
  • Manage planning, resourcing, timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment for these domains
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between business functions, data teams, system integrators, and technical teams
  • Lead the design and delivery of real-time and embedded analytics leveraging SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales
  • Oversee the migration and retirement of legacy BI systems and reports
  • Champion a self-service analytics culture through enablement of business users and training
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure global alignment and buy-in across the organization
  • Interface with all levels of management to provide strategic and tactical advice on project planning execution, change management and keep leadership well informed
  • Track status and metrics on the project delivery and value; escalate to functional management upon identification of deviations (or potential deviations) from plan and budget
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Resolve and/or escalate program-related issues in a timely fashion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, reporting, or analytics roles, with at least 2–3 years in a program management capacity
  • Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation project with a focus on analytics
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, Fiori, and SAC
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams and working with SI partners
  • Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, or SAP Activate methodologies
  • Familiarity with Databricks for data engineering and analytics (considered a strong plus)
