Represent TerrAscend’s house brands at cannabis retail accounts and other events throughout the specified market(s).
End-to-end execution of TerrAscend Branded Pop-Up Events at cannabis retail locations throughout the specified territory.
Represent company and brands professionally at retail pop-ups, community, and industry events/activations.
Maintain high-level product knowledge and clearly communicate product benefits to wholesale accounts, patients, and customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts.
Work with the team to implement best-in-class field marketing brand engagements/activations.
Complete Pop-Up Reporting Tracker at the end of each activation and contribute to weekly field marketing reporting.
Support sales and marketing teams to spread brand awareness and increase wholesale sales through field marketing activations and patient/customer engagement.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in field marketing, events, retail, customer service, or related field.
High School Diploma preferred.
Basic cannabis knowledge with a passion for the plant and the industry.
Ability to coordinate and manage your weekly schedule autonomously.
Naturally upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality with a passion to talk with and help others learn about cannabis.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Must have a driver’s license.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle that can transport Event Kit including a large tent and 6ft folding table.
Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to travel 80-90% of the time including overnights.
Willingness to use personal cell phone to capture content for social media.
Authorization to work in the U.S. (employer participates in E-Verify).
