About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter new leads into Salesforce from provided lists with a high level of accuracy and review
Conduct general online research, adding new leads to Salesforce as well as identifying duplicate records, and enriching leads with additional relevant information
Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of research methodologies and procedures
Compile data from multiple sources for evaluation and analysis; this includes information such as genre, content type, industry roles, related contacts, etc.
Maintain leads and data in Salesforce by validating and inputting information with correct formatting, sourcing missing data as possible, and following established data entry standards
Collaborate with the Data Management team to clarify lead requirements or source details when needed
Flag issues or provide insights that may affect lead quality in either positive or negative ways

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in data entry or data management roles
Proven ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks with a strong focus on accuracy
Experience researching companies and contacts using online sources and databases
Familiarity with data validation and enrichment processes, including updating incomplete or outdated information
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and flag data inconsistencies or duplicates
Basic reporting and summarization skills
Ability to meet internal SLAs and quality benchmarks consistently
