About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for development, delivery, start-up, and close-out of equipment for Natrium sites.
  • Plan and manage overall plant equipment delivery execution.
  • Coordinate design engineering, procurement, QA, fabrication, testing, logistics, start-up/commissioning, construction, and licensing teams.
  • Define and lead equipment execution strategies across teams, functions, and organizations.
  • Establish equipment delivery requirements, goals, and milestones with stakeholders.
  • Drive delivery on time and on budget according to the Natrium Project plan.
  • Coordinate deliverable reviews and prioritize work according to schedule and risk.
  • Execute recovery and get-well plans for cost or schedule deviations.
  • Escalate challenges and establish escalation management protocols.
  • Execute equipment-specific procurement strategies with Corporate Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate vendor engagement, contracts, vendor performance, budgets, and approved values.
  • Coordinate testing programs, including funding, timing, applicability, risks, governance, and design integration.
  • Manage fabrication vendors and witness or hold-point notifications.
  • Integrate construction, assembly, installation, and inspection requirements with equipment delivery plans.
  • Ensure adherence to quality requirements, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Maintain cost and schedule forecasting, including trends and risks.
  • Ensure commissioning teams have documentation, materials, spare parts, and site support for planned testing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience related to Supply Chain, Project Management, or Project Delivery
  • Proven leadership with a strong technical background in one or more scope areas
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and P6 (Primavera)
  • Strong familiarity with nuclear codes, standards, and regulations, including ASME BPVC, ASME QME-1, NQA-1, IEEE standards, and industry requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading a large project scope across multiple interdependent teams
  • Strong communication and cross-organization collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and adjust plans to meet project goals
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Creative, proactive, attentive to detail, and able to take ownership of problems and their resolution
  • High degree of trust and integrity; open communication, respect, and teamwork
  • Preferred: PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications
  • Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to perform or tolerate sitting/standing for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control, prolonged repetitive work, visual and audio-focused work, stairs, typing/keyboard work, and a standard working environment exceeding 8 hours per day
  • Willingness to travel 20–50% or more
  • Must identify U.S. citizenship or national status, asylee/refugee status, or lawful permanent residency for export-control review; foreign nationals are subject to U.S. Government export authorization requirements
