About the role
- Architect resilient server solutions that align with business objectives and scalability requirements.
- Monitor and analyze server performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Define and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery requirements and solutions.
- Automate system processes to enforce best practices and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Enforce server security protocols by applying industry standards and performing regular system updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, data, and security teams to integrate new technologies and continuously improve server efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support critical business infrastructure.
- Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience planning and maintaining enterprise class server infrastructure in a team environment
- Proficient in administering on-prem and cloud Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems or related field is desired.
- Prior experience managing projects with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability
- Prior experience with Manufacturing Organizations is desired.
- Prior experience in cloud infrastructure is desired.
- Prior experience administering storage area network (SAN) devices is desired.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a willingness to consider coaching and feedback.
- Ability to communicate and prioritize tasks in a growing company.
