About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform personnel/HR routines, including execution and control of payroll processes, vacations, contract terminations, timekeeping closure and eSocial submissions, as well as other ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation.
  • Monitor and apply collective bargaining agreements, ensuring correct interpretation and implementation of union rules and agreements.
  • Attend to personnel/HR requests from various business units, providing technical support and guidance to internal teams as needed.
  • Contribute to the development, review and continuous improvement of departmental processes, with a focus on operational efficiency, quality and standardization of deliverables.
  • Support the preparation, analysis and presentation of area indicators and results, and perform related activities within the personnel/HR function.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting or related fields;
  • Experience and knowledge in payroll closing, vacations, terminations and benefits;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with the FPw system and eSocial is a plus.
