Financial Planning and Analysis

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders as you lead the execution of project financing transactions from term sheet through closing, including due diligence, and document negotiation.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with project developers, ecology and carbon teams, legal, tax, and other technical consultants to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Review and negotiate project finance transaction documents and project contracts to effectively assign risk and align stakeholders.
• Interact with and interpret the financial model to quantify project risks, and support contract negotiation positions.
• Coordinate closing processes, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving deal parameters with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build strong working relationships with counterparties, project partners, and potential investors.
• Collaborate with team members across time zones, including some irregular hours aligned with deal needs.
