Lead the execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects including solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems
Oversee a portfolio of projects from late-stage development through construction and commercial operation
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Provide functional leadership across the project management team, including mentoring Project Managers
Drive strategic decision-making related to project execution, contractor strategy, and risk management
Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC contractors, OEMs, and major vendors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in project management
6-8+ years in renewable energy construction projects
Strong knowledge of EPC contract structures
Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent utility-scale projects
Strong understanding of permitting, interconnection, and regulatory processes
PMP certification preferred
Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
Experience managing projects or portfolios with significant capital value (e.g., $50M+ per project)
