About the role
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand users' behavior, pain points and needs (and translate all of that into real product opportunities).
- Map user journeys, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements focused on efficiency and growth.
- Lead discovery and support squads in prioritization based on impact and effort.
- Create and maintain functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor key metrics (OKRs, KPIs) and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Serve as the bridge between business, content, technology and design, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
- Support strategic roadmaps, ensuring a long-term vision while maintaining short-term execution — the classic “keep the plane flying while replacing the wings.”
- Act as a technical reference for the team, sharing best practices and raising the company's product maturity level.
Requirements
- Solid experience in the digital field, especially in agile environments.
- Clear, assertive communication focused on creating alignment (concise and purposeful).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver in the short term.
- Strong autonomy and sense of ownership.
