About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assume responsibility for approved projects and manage them across all project phases; from RTB (Ready to Build), construction and grid connection through to commissioning
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and to clarify and resolve operational issues on site
Comprehensive tracking, forecasting and reporting to ensure adherence to cost, schedule and quality targets
Review, manage and enforce EPC and supplier contracts to ensure full contractual compliance
Represent the project to external stakeholders such as investors, authorities and grid operators
Lead project teams and actively contribute to shaping and further developing project standards, benchmarks and processes within the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable field
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management with demonstrable increases in responsibility, task complexity and measurable project successes
Experience in project commissioning, including tracking contractor performance and issuing site releases in the context of construction progress and quality control
Strong negotiation skills and a high level of intercultural sensitivity in an international business environment
Business-fluent English (spoken and written) and German at C1 level
Willingness to travel extensively within Germany
