Working Student or Intern – BESS Business Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and prepare documents from our projects and project pipeline
- Support updating our internal documentation and reporting
- Build automations to make processes and workflows more efficient
- Work closely with various teams and development leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proactive, detail-oriented individual with an interest in project development
- Well-organized and comfortable using a variety of tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
- Eager to learn and motivated to collaborate closely with the team to add value
- Open to feedback and willing to learn from it to become more efficient and autonomous
- Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2–C1)
- Some prior experience in project or business development or in the BESS industry (e.g., via internships or working-student roles) is a plus
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
