About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing and converting a predominantly inbound-driven B2B pipeline from first contact to signed LOI
  • Qualifying incoming leads from IPPs, independent asset owners and community energy cooperatives (10 MW+) and selectively leveraging your existing network for additional opportunities
  • Maintaining a structured CRM system and producing reliable forecasts
  • Clearly communicating the commercial value of our storage and direct marketing solutions based on existing business cases and performance assumptions
  • Closely coordinating with internal technical and trading teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Maintaining and developing long-term commercial customer relationships
  • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across additional assets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in renewable energy or energy-related infrastructure, with exposure to utility-scale PV and wind
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing complex commercial contracts
  • Solid understanding of the economics of renewable assets and relevant stakeholder structures
  • Structured, self-driven, and performance-oriented working style
  • Business-fluent German (C1+) and very good English skills
  • Experience in direct marketing is desirable
  • Strong experience in PV or wind environments (utility-scale preferred)
