Management of balancing group and schedule operations
Ensuring smooth market communication processes
Participation in the virtual power plant (VPP) direct marketing
Operational implementation of direct marketing for solar plants
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Responsible for customer communication and support
Contributing to the development of a customer platform for direct marketing
Responsible for billing and invoicing processes
P&L responsibility for the solar portfolio
Supporting the optimization of marketing and revenue strategies
Development of co‑location projects (solar + battery)
Integration and connection of battery storage systems
Prequalification of batteries for different balancing/ancillary service zones
Central interface function between internal teams
Supporting the accounting team with process understanding and billing topics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in energy economics, industrial engineering, business administration or a related field
Experience in direct marketing, balancing group management or energy trading
Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the German energy market (EEG, market communication, ancillary services)
Confident use of MS Office and energy industry software solutions
Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
