• Support all aspects of student learning including helping fellows understand materials and providing feedback on assignments
• Respond to all questions and maintain active presence on the fellows workspace
• Facilitate cross-cohort community-building and discussion-based lab groups
• Coordinate and share learning with other instructors
• Keep close track of fellows' progress and individualizing support based on analytics and knowledge of fellows
• Meet 1:1 with fellows for office hours
• Facilitate additional events such as group discussions
• Suggest improvements and updates to course content
