About the role

  • Own and evolve the overall UI / UX vision and design language across all digital products
  • Develop, refine, and maintain design guidelines and a scalable design system
  • Design end-to-end user journeys including onboarding flows, trading interfaces, dashboards, and portfolio views
  • Conduct UX research (UXR): usability testing, and behavior analysis to validate and challenge design assumptions
  • Analyze and benchmark competitors and market leaders to identify best practices and differentiation opportunities
  • Continuously question existing flows, interfaces, and assumptions to improve usability and user satisfaction
  • Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, elegant user experiences
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams from discovery to delivery, ensuring design excellence throughout

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with ownership over end-to-end product design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design systems, UX research, and complex product interfaces
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability heuristics
  • Hands-on experience with modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and collaborative design workflows
  • Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, trading screens, or analytics products is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong ability to articulate design decisions and challenge product thinking constructively
