About the role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
  • Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough, up-to-date understanding of all operational processes and functions.
  • Provide consistent and effective operational support across the organization.
  • Partner with HR to develop, update, and enforce company policies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the identification, hiring, training, and mentorship of the operations management team.
  • Identify and cultivate emerging leaders, providing the guidance and development needed to prepare them for management roles.
  • Deliver regular performance insights and operational reports to the COO and senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience in hospital revenue cycle management
  • Escalating levels of management experience
  • Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
  • Multi-team management experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Identification of gaps in process and ability to develop solutions from conception to implementation
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.
