About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform industry leading pest management services for commercial customers.
- Identify and eliminate pests from commercial properties by conducting thorough inspections.
- Determine the type of pest infestation and apply appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps.
- Provide preventative measures to prevent future infestations.
- Educate customers on pest prevention methods and build relationships with them.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand the product to new customers.
- Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clean shaven face - for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face)
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
- Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
