About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform industry leading pest management services for commercial customers.
Identify and eliminate pests from commercial properties by conducting thorough inspections.
Determine the type of pest infestation and apply appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps.
Provide preventative measures to prevent future infestations.
Educate customers on pest prevention methods and build relationships with them.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand the product to new customers.
Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Clean shaven face - for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face)
High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
Customer-facing experience preferred.
