About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues
  • Implements, coordinates, and presents the new hire training and development program
  • Provides mentoring, coaching, as well as formal facilitation to new and existing sales colleagues
  • Partnering with the field leadership team, trains and coaches associates to maximize performance
  • Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area
  • Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory
  • Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance
  • Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to build more effective communication
  • Ensure that their team meet or exceed all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance
  • Set a strong example for their team in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits
  • Monitor progress against revenue objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
  • Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
  • Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies
