About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives
  • Improve the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals
  • Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance and focus on skill development
  • Ensure that their team meet or exceed all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance
  • Set a strong example for their team in personal character and work habits
  • Monitor sales start rates through key relationship with Operational Leadership
  • Communicate to leader any team training needs for continuous improvement
  • Work in the field with sales colleagues daily and maintain minimum sales activity requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
  • Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
