About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Retain and grow assigned account portfolio
- Manage a $6M+ portfolio of business with a sales growth goal of 12%
- Develop and implement customized business plans to identify growth opportunities
- Focus on profitability through renewal negotiations and client discussions
- Responsible for relationship wellness through ongoing risk assessments and client satisfaction measurements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of large account management, sales or operations experience
- Leverages existing data and business intelligence to develop targeted growth plans for all clients
- Document contract detail, contacts, risk assessment, and all sales opportunities on existing CRM (Sales Force)
- Use Miller Heiman (LAMP) methodologies to assess and develop plans to broaden and deepen existing client relationships to facilitate growth discussions
- Utilize existing profitability measurement tools to assess and develop strategies to proactively renew business and improve profitability.
