About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Strategic Operations Lead serves as a high-level strategic advisor and operator supporting the C-Suite
  • Manage key initiatives, streamline communication across global functions, and oversee high-stakes special projects
  • Collaborate directly with the Executive to define long-term priorities and ensure the function stays on track to meet annual goals
  • Develop systems to track performance against KPIs and company-wide objectives
  • Lead and execute complex, high-priority "special projects" that sit outside the scope of traditional departments
  • Audit and streamline internal processes to increase overall operational efficiency
  • Act as a "connector" between the executive team and staff, ensuring information flows smoothly and departments remain aligned
  • Oversee daily business operations in close collaboration with senior leadership
  • Strategically manage the Executive’s calendar, prioritizing engagements to ensure they are focused on the highest-value activities
  • Prepare materials for ELT meetings and facilitate executive-level follow-ups on all action items
  • Provide a neutral, data-driven perspective on company strategy and personnel issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field required
  • An MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in operations, project management, or strategic consulting
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and research options to inform executive-level decision-making
  • Exceptional EQ and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • World-class written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable briefs
  • Excellent Problem Solving; ability to maintain a calm state during high-stakes deadlines or shifting priorities
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of discretion; handling sensitive information regarding personnel and corporate strategy with 100% confidentiality.
