Strategic Operations Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Strategic Operations Lead serves as a high-level strategic advisor and operator supporting the C-Suite
- Manage key initiatives, streamline communication across global functions, and oversee high-stakes special projects
- Collaborate directly with the Executive to define long-term priorities and ensure the function stays on track to meet annual goals
- Develop systems to track performance against KPIs and company-wide objectives
- Lead and execute complex, high-priority "special projects" that sit outside the scope of traditional departments
- Audit and streamline internal processes to increase overall operational efficiency
- Act as a "connector" between the executive team and staff, ensuring information flows smoothly and departments remain aligned
- Oversee daily business operations in close collaboration with senior leadership
- Strategically manage the Executive’s calendar, prioritizing engagements to ensure they are focused on the highest-value activities
- Prepare materials for ELT meetings and facilitate executive-level follow-ups on all action items
- Provide a neutral, data-driven perspective on company strategy and personnel issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field required
- An MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in operations, project management, or strategic consulting
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and research options to inform executive-level decision-making
- Exceptional EQ and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- World-class written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable briefs
- Excellent Problem Solving; ability to maintain a calm state during high-stakes deadlines or shifting priorities
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of discretion; handling sensitive information regarding personnel and corporate strategy with 100% confidentiality.
