About the role
- Support a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives
- Improve the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services
- Provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market
- Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area
- Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory
- Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance
- Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to build more effective communication
- Monitor progress against revenue objectives
- Serve as steward of the RentokilTerminix business model at the branch level
- Set a strong example for their team in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
- Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies
